British Linen Bank

Robbed in 1955 by Patrick (Paddy) Connelly Meehan (1928 - 1994)1
In May of that year he was tried and convicted for unlawful possession of £55 from the £6000 that was stolen.
The case was held in Dublin before Justice Reddin at Shankhill Co.
The sentence must have been lenient as he robbed the Commercial Bank of Scotland branch in Beauly in August of the same year.2
